Services
Every trip, arranged properly
Five ways we get people where they are going. All of them include a vetted chauffeur, a flat rate agreed in advance, and dispatch you can reach at any hour.
Service 01
Airport Transfers
The trip most worth getting right, and the one rideshare handles worst. We cover Newark Liberty (EWR), LaGuardia (LGA), JFK and Teterboro (TEB) as routine work, with Westchester (HPN) and Philadelphia (PHL) available on request.
Give us your flight number when you book and we monitor it from then on. An early landing means the car is already in position; a two-hour delay moves your pickup rather than canceling it and charging you for the privilege.
How the pickup works
- Departures. We build in the buffer the route actually needs — the Turnpike at 6 a.m. is not the Turnpike at 11 a.m.
- Arrivals, curbside. Your chauffeur texts a vehicle description and meets you at the terminal door.
- Arrivals, meet-and-greet. Name board inside baggage claim, help with bags. The default for clients and visitors.
- Private aviation. Teterboro is about six miles from our base. Ramp-side pickups arranged with your FBO.
Service 02
Corporate & Executive
Ground transportation your assistant can book once and stop thinking about. Executive travel, client and candidate pickups, roadshows, airport runs for visiting teams, and the late night when a deal runs past the last train.
Regular clients get the same chauffeurs on the same runs. That familiarity is the whole point: your people stop giving directions, and your visitors are met by someone who has done it before.
For businesses we offer
- Standing runs. Recurring weekly or daily schedules set up once.
- Account billing. Consolidated monthly invoicing instead of collecting receipts.
- Named chauffeurs. Continuity for executives who would rather not brief a stranger.
- Discretion. Conversations in the car stay in the car. This is not negotiable and never has been.
Service 03
Private & Special Occasions
Broadway curtains and the walk back to a warm car. Giants and Jets at MetLife, the Garden, Barclays, Prudential Center. Dinner in the West Village without circling for parking. Anniversaries, birthdays, proms, wine country weekends, and the airport run at the start of a family holiday.
The advantage over a rideshare on a night out is simple: the car does not disappear. Your chauffeur is where you left them when the show lets out and twelve thousand other people are opening the same app.
Frequently arranged
- Theater and concerts. Drop at the door, pickup at a pre-agreed corner.
- Sporting events. MetLife, Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, Barclays, MSG.
- Dining. Manhattan, Hoboken, Jersey City and the whole of Bergen County.
- Family travel. Six seats and room for the bags. Child seats on request — tell us the ages when you book.
Service 04
Hourly & As-Directed
The car and the chauffeur stay with you — for an evening, a working day, or a weekend. No re-booking between stops, no waiting for a car that may or may not come, and your things stay in the vehicle between destinations.
This is the usual arrangement for multi-stop evenings, property viewings, shopping days in the city, wedding parties, and any itinerary that is going to change halfway through. Contact us for hourly rates and minimums.
Typical uses
- Evenings out. Dinner, a show, drinks after, home.
- Business days. Several meetings across the metro area on one schedule.
- Events and weddings. Guest shuttles and party transport with a fixed vehicle.
- Visiting family. A car for the day when relatives are in town.
Service 05
Long-Distance & Regional
Point to point beyond the metro area, driven rather than flown. Philadelphia, the Hamptons, Boston, the Poconos, Washington D.C., the Jersey Shore, upstate New York and the Connecticut coast.
For anything at this distance, give us as much notice as you can and we will quote the whole journey as one flat number, including tolls.
Good to know
- One flat quote. Agreed before departure, tolls included.
- One chauffeur. The same driver the entire way, both directions if you need the return.
- Comfort at distance. The S-Class and the Escalade ESV are both built for four hours in a seat.
Pricing
How the rate is worked out
We quote flat. You get one number before the trip, and it does not move — no meter running, and no multiplier waiting for bad weather.
What sets the price
- Distance and expected drive time
- Vehicle class — sedan or full-size SUV
- Time of day, and whether it is a holiday
- Number of stops and any waiting time
Passed through at cost
- Tolls, itemized rather than buried
- Airport parking, where meet-and-greet is used
- Nothing else — no booking fees, no service fees, no fuel surcharge
What never happens
- Surge pricing, in any weather
- A rate that changes after the trip you agreed
- A charge you were not told about before you rode
Hourly and as-directed work is quoted at an hourly rate with a minimum; long-distance trips are quoted as a single flat fare including tolls. Send us the trip and you will have a number back within a few hours.
