Black Tie Concierge ("we", "us") provides chauffeured ground transportation in New Jersey and New York. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the quote request form, that is:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Trip details — pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage counts
• Your flight number, if you provide one
• Anything you write in the notes field

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and you should never send them to us by email.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out your trip, and keep in touch about that booking. If you become a regular client we keep your details so you do not have to repeat them each time. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share trip details with the assigned chauffeur, because they need your pickup address and phone number to collect you. We share nothing further.

How the form works

Our quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes your submission to us by email. Your data travels through their systems in transit. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics. Every file the page loads — the stylesheet, the script, the fonts and the images — is served from this domain, so loading a page sends no request to any third party and hands your IP address to nobody. The only outside service involved is the form provider described above, and only at the moment you choose to submit the form.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to twelve months. Records of completed trips are kept as long as we need them for business and tax purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so and we will stop.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
